Ok,
So we had to change her password and have them resend that confirmation email. Then, we went in and figured out she set up her OWN blog. haha...instead of joining "the family blog" she set up her own called "lodilance." So I don't know if maybe you have to reinvite her or something, but try to get her on that one instead of having that other one. I don't know if that makes any sense...sorry
